Hello Amayabb. Yes, a low grade fever is common. At least it has been for me. I believe it is a response from the inflammation, and the amount of chemicals released while we are under migraine attack. I wish you well, and hope your day is a better one today.

When my very worst migraines begin they always have a fever accompany them. So much so sometimes that I have to drink cold water and pour it over my head.

I too get fever. However my fever is locational. My migraines mainly stay on the left side of my head. I have found that my left ear will leak and hold fever along with the top of my head on the left side. It is crazy, I have even felt like my scalp has caught on fire. There is no way to measure fever because of where it is located. A new symptom has been I get goosebumps and all the hair on my body stands up and my ears plug. I know it is coming and it is going to be bad. Have you had this or heard of this?
